Requirements
While our ideal candidate for our Teacher 1 position will possess a bachelor's degree or higher in ECE, those with an Associate degree in ECE, Child Development Associate Credential (CDA), or Technical Certificate of Completion (TCC) will be considered or Five (5) years as a lead teacher.
License/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree in ECE (Preferred)
CPR Certification (Preferred)
Pass fingerprint, TBI background check, and maintain any other state requirement documents

Our ideal candidate for our Teacher 2 position will possess an associate degree in ECE, or a minimum of Three (3) years working in a preschool setting.Assist teacher 1 in implementing lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate.
Additional duties:
Assist teacher 1 in daily classroom routines and activities.
Physically able to engage with children
Maintain a safe, clean, and attractive environment while following all safety and health guidelines and Quality Rated expectations
Assist teacher 1 with record keeping
Manage classroom in the event that the teacher 1 is out of the classroom
License/Certification:

CPR Certification (Preferred)

Duties
While our ideal candidate for our Float Teacher will have Early Childhood Education or experience working in a preschool setting, we are willing to train individuals looking to make an impact in our students' lives. A minimum age of 18 years and a high school diploma is required for this position.
Additional duties:
Provide staff members breaks and support throughout the day
Interact and engage positively with children
Assist children in daily personal hygiene
Physically able to engage with children
Help staff maintain a safe, clean, and attractive environment while following all safety and health guidelines
License/Certification:
Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
CPR Certification (Preferred)
Pass fingerprint, TBI background check, and maintain any other state requirement documents
